<aside> 👨‍💻 After graduating from Michigan State University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Business, with a specialization in Real Estate Investment and Spanish, I had a desire to go out and see the world. I spent the next 7 months perfecting my Spanish and learning Portuguese, while backpacking South America. From Brazil to Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia, I immersed myself with the locals and was able to obtain a global perspective.

But then I ran out of money… so I went back to the U.S. and took a job as a Branch Manager for a luxury car rental company in Florida. It was there, I learned how to sell, manage a team, and grow a business. At the age of 25, I was running a million-dollar a month business with 14 team members and 900 cars. It was there, that I was introduced to one of my first mentors, who saw more in me than I saw in myself. He taught me to think bigger, solve problems creatively, and manage a team with empathy.

However, nothing lasts forever… I craved something more.

It was my desire to build a business that: 1.) Could be operated from anywhere in the world 2.) Helped other business owners strategically grow through partnerships 3.) Engaged both my analytical and creative faculties.

That’s how I stumbled upon Growth Engineering.

Growth Engineering was the perfect fit for me because it involves the practice of strategically and systematically fostering the growth of a business, product, or organization through the application of engineering principles, data analysis, experimentation, and iterative improvements. It often involves utilizing technology, data-driven insights, and creative problem-solving techniques to optimize processes, enhance performance, and achieve sustainable growth objectives.

Since beginning as a Growth Engineer in 2017, I have helped lead the generation of more than $13 million dollars for business owners utilizing proprietary marketing and sales systems and processes.
